Shipping Methods:

 • We offer shipping within the United States via USPS only.
 • At this time, we do not provide international shipping services.

Processing Time:

 • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
 • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates:

 • Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your location and selected shipping method.
 

Estimated Delivery Time:

 • Standard USPS Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing.
 • Priority USPS Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing.
 • Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and any potential USPS delays.

Order Tracking:

 • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions:

 • We only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.
 • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

 • Me.G is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided at checkout. In such cases, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.

Incorrect Address:

 • Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping addresses.
